PROVIDENCE, R.I. (AP) — Gubernatorial nominee Gina Raimondo and other Democratic candidates are launching a get-out-the-vote effort ahead of Tuesday's statewide balloting in Rhode Island. Democrats are planning a coordinated campaign that will include knocking on doors and making calls through phone banks before Election Day.
