Rizzo Sr., Ex-county Engineer To Serve 90 Days Behind Bars For Corruption Scandal

The father of disgraced trash hauler Chuck Rizzo and a former Macomb County engineer were each sentenced Tuesday to serve 90 days in prison for their respective parts in the Macomb County public corruption scandal.U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland also ordered Charles Rizzo Sr. to pay a $10,000 fine and serve two years of supervised release once he is freed.
