SAN DIEGO — The Rockies haven’t made any major offseason moves — and aren’t expected to — but they continue to tinker with their roster. Monday, as baseball’s winter meetings opened, the Rockies claimed right-handed reliever Tyler Kinley off waivers from the Miami Marlins. To make room on their 40-man roster, they designated right-hander Joe Harvey for assignment. “We had interest in Tyler a few years ago in trying to trade for him,” general manager Jeff Bridich said.
