A 33-year-old man who put up a fight as he was being arrested for allegedly shoplifting merchandise from an adult lingerie store in Roseville is in police custody.Police were called to Cirilla's on Gratiot Avenue north of 11 Mile Road about 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 7 to investigate a retail fraud complaint, Deputy Police Chief Donald Glandon said in a news release.
