Rush Limbaugh Backs Out of His Promise to Move to Costa Rica

On his radio show today Rush Limbaugh backed out of his promise to leave the country and move to Costa Rica if health care reform passed. Limbaugh said that he never said that he was going to move there but that, "Once all this gets implemented, I am going there for my health care." Rush will be in Costa Rica when Hannity gets waterboarded.
