VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Navy officials in Virginia are identifying a sailor fatally shot by a Naval Air Station Oceana security officer. News outlets report that the U.S. Navy Fleet Forces Command said Sunday that Seaman Robert Wright, who's from Colorado, crashed through a station gate Friday night and went to his squadron's hangar, where he was shot.
