Samsung Replacing Android In Low-end Smartphones With Tizen

Once heralded as the saviour of Samsung, the Linux-based operating system known as Tizen has been redeployed (again) and will now serve as Samsung's platform at the low-end of the market. Chasing market-share in the BRIC countries is a far cry from the lofty Android-killing ambitions of the platform.
