Sapd: Nearly 100 Dwi Arrests Made During First Weekend Of Fiesta 2017

Over the course of the first weekend of Fiesta, the San Antonio Police Department has made nearly 100 DWI arrests, according to preliminary numbers, which is up more than 30 percent from last year over the same period.
