Savannah Man Sentenced In 2013 Slaying

A Savannah man pleaded guilty Friday night to a reduced charge of voluntary manslaughter for 20 years - 12 to serve - in the shooting death of another man near Frazier Homes. Randolph Lawrence Wilson, 21, entered the open-ended guilty plea after a Chatham County Superior Court jury was unable to reach unanimous verdicts on murder and related charges in the Aug.
