Scene From A Film I Can't Recall

I have been trying to remember a film i saw when I was a kid. The only scene I remember is of a man fully clothed in a dry tub surrounded by hundreds of porn magazines. Any ideas? I swear I saw it around the time 'Short cuts' came out.
