A Maine State Police scientist testified Wednesday during the trial of Gregory Owens that DNA evidence found near the rear door of a Saco house where a masked gunman broke in and shot two people almost certainly matched Owens’ profile. The DNA analyst, Jennifer Sabean of the Maine State Police Crime Lab in Augusta, said there is only a 1 in 123 quadrillion possibility that the genetic material collected from the garage door window of 25 Hillview Ave.
