The 1-ton bronze features a depiction of life at the Hanoi Hilton, Vietnam's infamous prisoner of war camp. The prisoner shown in the work is bound at the legs, elbows and wrists, placed in a position of supplication by interrogators. But there's something else. "We captured that spirit of defiance," said retired Gen.
