PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota Gov. Dennis Daugaard is urging holiday travelers to play it safe on Thanksgiving. Daugaard says people need to be move "safety-conscious" during this time of the year as traffic is heavier than usual and South Dakota's weather can change quickly.
