CONCORD, N.H. – Light snow is falling over much of New Hampshire, making for some difficult driving conditions and low visibility. The snow was falling during the Monday morning commute in southern New Hampshire and York County. The National Weather Service said visibility was dropping to near or below a half-mile at times. Some New Hampshire schools delayed opening. Up to 2 inches of snow are expected. The snow was heading east and was expected to reach the Portland area by midmorning.
