RENTON — Against the backdrop of a Boeing plant that has built 8,500 737 jets, Secretary of State John Kerry appealed Tuesday for support of the proposed Trans Pacific Partnership and challenged liberal critics of the pact of 12 Pacific Rim nations. “Globalization has no reverse gear, my friends,” Kerry argued.
