Senior Care Center Ignored Sex Abuse Claims Against Nursing Assistant, Lawsuit Says

West Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center didn't fully investigate the allegations that former certified nursing assistant Adeladilew Mekonen had raped an elderly patient and sexually touched others, according to an amended complaint filed Tuesday in Multnomah County Circuit Court.
