BLOOMINGBURG - A Pennsylvania man was arrested at a construction site in Bloomingburg Friday morning after police said he failed to update his sex-offender registration.Lawrence Pierce, 55, of Matamoras, Pa., was working independently at the site of the Bloomingburg Jewish Education Center, a girls school on Main Street, Friday morning when State Police out of Wurtsboro arrested Pierce on a fugitive-from-justice warrant.
