WEST BLOOMFIELD TWP.The Sheriff's Office received a request for assistance from West Bloomfield Township Police for a watercraft personal injury crash on Middle Straights Lake at 5:40 p.m. Sunday. Deputies assigned to the Sheriff's Marine Unit responded and ascertained that the while an owner, a 30-year-old Waterford man, was working on his mechanically enhanced personal watercraft, the throttle stuck and he lost control.
