Silicon Valley Group Buys Camelback Offices From Chicago Fire Owner, Seagram’s Heir

Los Altos, California-based West Valley Properties Inc. has bought an office complex at 29th Street and Camelback Road for $11.8 million. The seller was Beverly Hills-based Andell Inc. which is headed by Andrew Hauptman. He is the owner and chairman of the Chicago Fire Major League Soccer team. The 2929 Camelback offices total 78,175 square feet sitting on 2.89 acres along Camelback Road. DTZ’s Eric Wichterman, Jeff Wentworth, Mike Coover and Sean Spellman helped broker the sale.
