The ground plan for the fourth annual ODC residency of Amy Seiwert's "Sketch" sounds every bit as provocative as its predecessors. Both Seiwert, who is Imagery's artistic director, and guest choreographer Adam Hougland have independently created new ballets to the same score (though, in their dances, they have arranged the six episodes differently), and both will work with all eight dancers of the Imagery troupe. Fortunately, the entire team who thrilled in 2013 has returned. [...] the two choreographers have influenced the shape and tone of the new score. For the "Sketch" season, Seiwert suggests that she wants to break down the traditional arrangement in which music serves as mere accompaniment for movement, and is seeking "to create a system in which no one artist controls the process."
