A body found 14 years ago in Richmond county has been identified and now police are asking the public for information. Coroner Mark Bowen said the body of a young man found Feb. 6, 2000 has been identified as Weshme Louissaint, 18, of West Palm Beach, Fla. Louissant, who was fatally shot, was found at 3309 Commerce Drive help.
