LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Tens of thousands of people in western South Sudan have been forced to flee killings, gang-rape, torture and other abuses by government soldiers, leaving entire neighborhoods empty, Human Rights Watch (HRW) said on Tuesday.
