SpaceX aims to launch its fourth batch of Starlink satellites on Wednesday morning after a couple of postponements to the mission. The Hawthorne, California-based aerospace company is targeting a 9:06 a.m. liftoff Eastern time from Space Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.
