Spca Partnership That Reduced A Stockton Shelter's Kill Rate By 60 Percent Is Set To End

Five years ago, about 75 percent of the animals taken into the Stockton Animal Shelter were euthanized. Thanks to a partnership with the San Francisco Society for the prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SF SPCA), that number is down to 15 percent, reports CBS News. The successful partnership, however, will be ending this June.
