Spd: Charleena Lyles Did Have Mental Health Caution, Despite Earlier Reports

Police released additional information Thursday afternoon on the cop-inflicted death of Charleena Lyles, showing that she did not leave her apartment before reporting a burglary and that she did indeed have a mental caution attached to her name, despite earlier reports.
