HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The votes are in and newly-elected state representatives are ready to get to work. Special elections were held on Tuesday in parts of south-central and southeastern Pennsylvania to fill a pair of House seats left vacant by the resignations of Republican incumbents. In the 87th District in Cumberland County, Republican Greg Rothman beat Democrat Bob Charles.
