Miguel Roman, released from prison in 2008 after DNA tests showed that he was wrongfully imprisoned for more than 20 years for a murder he did not commit, was awarded $6 million on Monday by the state of Connecticut. In the award decision released Monday, Claims Commissioner J. Paul Vance Jr.
