By Tim Willert, Staff WriterOklahoma City Public Schools continues to perform poorly on the state’s A-F report cards, despite an infusion of new leadership and a pledge to improve academics. Forty two of the district’s 93 schools, or 45 percent of schools, received failing grades from the state Education Department. The grade cards for more than 1,795 individual public schools were certified by the state Board of Education on Wednesday and made public by the Education Department.
