State Pays $250,000 To Settle Suit Filed By Former Inspector General For Prisons

The state last month agreed to pay a total of $250,000 to settle the wrongful termination suit filed by Leonard Williamson, the department's inspector general for four years. The amount includes $95,000 for Williamson's legal bills.
