NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- U.S. stocks surged to a record Friday after the Bank of Japan to increase quantitative easing to offset the effect of April's nationwide sales tax hike. This move -- like all others implemented over the last 25 years -- will not awaken the Japanese economy, but provides additional upside momentum for investors in U.S.
