Winchester Got Lunch, Winchester Hospital and Wright-Locke Farm Conservancy were among 64 local nonprofits that benefited from Cummings Properties’ inaugural Client Directed Giving program. The Woburn-based commercial real estate firm donated $77,000 after requesting each of its leasing clients of 20 years or more to direct a $1,000 donation.Cummings Properties owner Brian Sisitzky, of Winchester, along with other employees, hand-delivered the donation check.
