MONROE — Alex Prizgintas, a 16-year-old junior at Monroe-Woodbury High School, will present his lecture “Stone Arches, Rock Cuts, and a Trip to the Summit,” the story of E.H. Harriman’s Incline Railroad, July 9 at the Monroe Historical Society.“If you look at the mountains in Harriman as you travel east on the Quickway (Interstate 86), you can see a slight cut in the trees.
