Suny Poly, Israeli Group To Sign $2.9m Agreement

An Israeli consortium is set to sign a $2.9 million agreement with SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Albany, formerly known as the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, to develop tools for the computer chip industry’s transition to 450mm technology.
