LANSDOWNE >> Philadelphia police are searching for a man involved in a kidnapping and ransom scheme that kicked off a high speed pursuit, ending with a crash on Wycombe Avenue in Lansdowne Sunday night.Dion Jordan, 35, of the 6600 block of McCallum Street in Philadelphia, is in custody and an armed accomplice is on the loose after the incident, which lasted nearly four hours.
