What has turned out to be a surprisingly busy trade deadline period in the NBA closed with a flurry of activity, including a stunner that has Boston sending center Kendrick Perkins and guard Nate Robinson to Oklahoma City in exchange for forward Jeff Green and center Nenad Krstic.

With all this talk from Doc Rivers saying how no team has ever won a playoff series against his starting five, I didn't expect them to trade Perkins away. He's only 26, so even if he's not healthy enough for this season, he still has a lot of good years left.
