Grand jury to investigate Steubenville rape case

A grand jury will investigate whether anyone else should be charged in the events surrounding the August sexual assault of a 16-year-old, Ohio's attorney general said after a judge convicted two teenagers of rape in the incident. "This community needs assurance that no stone has been left unturned in our search for the truth." Attorney General Mike DeWine said Sunday.

A judge on Wednesday ordered that a 15-year-old Missouri girl must stand trial as an adult for the slaying of a 9-year-old neighbor. Alyssa Bustamante is accused of killing Elizabeth Olten by strangling the victim, cutting her throat and stabbing her on Oct. 21.
