Turn leftover pork into a tempting stir-fry

Stir-fry: Cut leftover pork into 1-inch cubes. Mix together 2 chopped green onions, 1 large minced garlic clove, 1/3 cup less-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon lime juice, 2 teaspoons cornstarch and crushed red pepper flakes to taste. Stir-fry a variety of vegetables in oil and add the pork. Pour in the sauce and bring to boil and cook until thickened and heated through.
