Low-rated 'Charlie's Angels' grounded by ABC

ABC says its revamped version of the 1970s hit "Charlie's Angels" is being shut down after only four airings because of low ratings.

Senh: I thought this show would do better. I haven't seen any of the episodes, but I thought the concept would work - hot women, action, and gadgets. You have a potential audience of both sexes. But apparently I thought wrong.

John Forsythe, the suave actor with the silvery hair and mellifluous voice who was familiar to millions of TV viewers for starring roles in the popular television series "Bachelor Father," "Charlie's Angels" and "Dynasty," died Thursday.
