Federal prosecutors have notified Paula Broadwell's lawyers that she won't be charged with cyberstalking in connection with the sex scandal that brought down David Petraeus.

Jill Kelley, the Tampa socialite who triggered the scandal that brought down CIA director David Petraeus, viewed the e-mails that she got anonymously from Paula Broadwell, Petraeus' mistress, as "death threats" from someone "clearly unhinged," according to a close friend of Kelley's, the Daily News reported Tuesday.

A computer used by Paula Broadwell, the woman whose affair with CIA Director David Petraeus led to his resignation, contained substantial classified information that should have been stored under more secure conditions, law enforcement and national security officials said on Wednesday.

Paula Broadwell first met fellow West Point graduate David Petraeus in the spring of 2006, when she was a graduate student at the Harvard's Kennedy School of Government.
