The perennially prickly anchor has reportedly settled the $50 million lawsuit he filed upon his termination from Current one year ago. Deadline Hollywood says Olbermann will walk away with a “significant payout,” but the exact amount won’t be known until someone leaks it.

"Current was also founded on the values of respect, openness, collegiality, and loyalty to our viewers," Gore and Joel Hyatt wrote in an "open letter" to viewers on Current's website. "Unfortunately these values are no longer reflected in our relationship with Keith Olbermann and we have ended it."
