Vikram Pandit abruptly stepped down as CEO of Citigroup on Tuesday, shocking Wall Street, after steering the bank through the 2008 financial crisis and the choppy years that followed.

RadioShack CEO James Gooch has agreed to step down immediately and is leaving its board of directors, the struggling consumer electronics company said Wednesday.

The co-chairman and co-chief executive of News Corp.'s NWSA +1.27% Fox Filmed Entertainment, Tom Rothman, will step down at the end of the year, he and the company said Friday. "I love Fox and all of you," Mr. Rothman said in an internal email. Following Mr. Rothman's departure, the film unit will be led by Jim Gianopulos, currently his fellow co-chairman and co-CEO. Mr. Gianopulos, who has led alongside Mr. Rothman since 2000, will assume sole possession of those titles.

Yale University President Richard C. Levin, who oversaw a big building and renovation program and an expansion in financial aid programs, announced Thursday he is stepping down at the end of the academic year after 20 years at the Ivy League school....
