Robert Pattinson in a leotard? Bring it on! Over the last few days we heard that Tobey Maguire was taking his leave from the record-breaking Spider-Man franchise...and now we think we know why!

Tobey Maguire and director Sam Raimi will not be returning for a fourth film in the hit Spider-Man franchise, it is announced.

At a press conference for his new movie "Brothers" over the weekend, Tobey Maguire revealed that "Spider-Man 4" will begin filming in February or March of 2010. Here's a tad more:Maguire responded a mere "yes" when asked if audiences will be seeing a new side to Peter Parker in the third sequel of the comic book flick.Wow, that is amazing. As for the shoot date...well, not only does it make sense, but at least it's something concrete and not another damn Black Cat rumor (who I hope is not in the movie, for the record).Source: HitFix
