Ralph Macchio has done his last dance, leaving football star Hines Ward and actresses Kirstie Alley and Chelsea Kane to compete for the “Dancing With the Stars” title.
The 49-year-old actor was eliminated Tuesday from the hit ABC show.
Macchio came into the episode in last place. He and professional partner Karina Smirnoff earned 48 points for their two semifinal dances.

Watching “Dancing With the Stars’ ” results show Tuesday was a bit like watching “The Karate Kid” all over again. Despite a badly injured leg, Daniel LaRusso… er, Ralph Macchio … took his crane stance once again and knocked competitor Romeo out of the running for the coveted mirror ball trophy, leaving a look of complete shock on judge Carrie Ann Inaba’s face. But this time, the (temporary) victory wasn’t based on the performance. It was all about the fan base.

In an effort to showcase the snap-to moves of the paso doble, the ’80s actor broke out the old “spatula hands” and added a whole lot of “scary face” to the mix for good measure.

Kirstie Alley has had about three or four acts in Hollywood. She shone as Rebecca on "Cheers," played the talking baby's mom in the "Look Who's Talking" film series, and has starred in a number of shows focusing on her weight, including "Fat Actress" and "Kirstie Alley's Big Life." Now she's the most interesting cast member on the new "Dancing With the Stars" season, taking to the ballroom along with Sugar Ray Leonard, original "Karate Kid" Ralph Macchio, Kendra Wilkinson and others.

A boxing great, a model who survived an Indian Ocean tsunami and a grown-up "Karate Kid" will be hoofing it on the 12th season of "Dancing with the Stars."
