Sidebar: Courtroom Paintings Raise Questions on Artist’s Perspective

Artists who work at the Supreme Court regularly say they never see Todd Crespi, who sells paintings of oral arguments.

Senh: Do artists actually own those paintings for courtrooms? I would think that since they're created for the courts, that the courts would own them. At any rate, it's interesting art for sale.
