Amarillo-area home sales have slowed to the point where 2014 looks a lot like 2013, Coldwell Banker First Equity Realtors broker Randy Jeffers said. “I guess we’ve just gotten spoiled with the last couple of years of steady improvement without any setbacks, and here we get a little bit of a slowdown and we kind of get down in the mouth about it,” Jeffers said. “And it’s still going to end up being one of the best years we’ve had in the market.” read more
