Terry Tart apologized during his sentencing Wednesday for the part he played in the death of his friend, Marcus Glover. Tart, however, challenged the account that has been given by David Hillis, who shot and killed Glover. Hillis has claimed Tart and Glover broke into Akron his home and threatened him.
