Travis Collins drank three 40-ounce beers and some gin in the hours leading up to a deadly May 2015 crash that claimed the lives of an Orange County couple, court testimony revealed on Tuesday. Collins, whose blood alcohol level tested twice the legal limit hours after the crash, wiped tears with a tissue as a police-body camera video of his arrest was played for the court Tuesday.
