A bill in the Texas House of Representatives proposes to end noncompete agreements for oil and gas workers. The House Energy Resources committee held a hearing March 25 to consider House Bill 1522, which would make it unlawful for staffing agencies to force oil and gas workers to sign noncompete agreements.
