Seattle City Council member Tom Rasmussen will not seek reelection, ending a City Hall career that has spanned more than a quarter-century during which he has been a councilman, council aide and director of the Mayor’s Office for Senior Citizens. Councilmember Tom Rasmussen:  He is the second Seattle City Council member this week to announce he is not running for reelection.
