Toyota recalls 2.3 million U.S. vehicles to fix gas pedals

NEW YORK -- Toyota is recalling 2.3 million U.S. vehicles to correct sticking accelerator pedals, the latest in a string of quality problems that have bedeviled the Japanese automaker.
